Dr Bawumia Was Never An NPP Member And Can Never Be President, He Was Invited To Be A Running Mate Because Of His Economic Expertise And Is Not Qualified To Be A Flagbearer – Strong NPP Member Reveals
Former Director of Communications for the NPP, and former member of Parliament for Adentan constituency, Yaw Buabeng Asamoah has said that Vice President Mahamadu Bawumia can never be President.
Mr. Buabeng Asamoah, now the campaign manager for Alan Kyeremateng accused the Vice President of having no policies of his own.
In an interview on Okay FM, Buabeng Asamoah claimed that Dr. Bawumia was not an NPP member and that he was merely invited to be a running mate to then candidate Akufo-Addo because of his economic expertise.
Mr. Buabeng Asamoah also denied ever endorsing Dr. Bawumia to be a President, insisting that the Vice President can never be a President.
According to him, Alan Kyeremateng has toiled and labored for the NPP and it is time for his loyalty to be rewarded by the Party.
