Twitter Ghana has embarked on a massive hash tag campaign to serve as a caution notice to the government to hold it accountable for the current state of the country.
The #Fix TheCountry agenda has taken wings involving some celebrities and concerned citizens of the country.
The agenda on twitter mostly revolves around stable electricity, access to water, fixing of bad roads, good healthcare and creating jobs. As most people are being partisan about the whole issue, others feel that the current state of the country is nothing to do with politics but the leaders of the country, both past and present need to be held accountable as the situation at hand now did not all spring up in a day.
The whole agenda is propagated on the course that the country in its current state has become very difficult to survive in especially for people who live from hand to mouth and others who earn very little as salary.
Twitter Ghana has therefore declared today, May 4 as a #BlackTuesday to push their message across to the government to provide solutions for the problem at hand and to put in place measures to improve the lives of its citizens.
