In a remarkable display of culinary prowess and unwavering determination, Ghana’s own Chef Faila Abdul Razak has unofficially shattered the Guinness World Records for the longest individual cooking marathon.

Embarking on this extraordinary cookathon on the eve of the new year, Chef Abdul Razak has not only surpassed her initial goal but has extended her culinary feat beyond expectations.

Chef Abdul Razak’s cookathon journey began with a commitment to break the impressive record set by Ala Fisher, who officially holds the record for 199 hours and 52 minutes of continuous cooking.

Initially planning to cook for five consecutive days, Chef Abdul Razak’s culinary stamina and determination have propelled her to extend the cooking attempt to January 10, 2023.
