JUST IN: JHS SCHOOL PLACEMENT IS OUT.(Checkout steps)

A press statement released by the Ghana Education service through the Ministry of Education announces to parents, guardians, students and the general public that 2021/2022 School Selection and Placement results for the 2022/2023 academic year has been officially released on the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS).

The Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) is a system used by the Ghana Education Service (GES) to place qualified Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE)candidates into Senior High School (SHS) Technical Institutes (TI) and Vocational Institutes.

According to the statement, 571,892 candidates registered for the exams but 555,353 candidates are qualified to be placed into the various schools.
A total of 367,811 candidates have been automatically placed in one of their choices which means 187,542 of qualified candidates will have to do self placement to Select from available schools on the platform.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

  • Obtain a placement pincode from a vendor
  • Lig onto www.cssps.gov.gh
  • Enter 10-digits index number and add 21 eg010102500621
  • Enter pin code details (serial number and pin)
  • Click on submit and wait for placement to be displayed
  • Print the form if you have been placed and visit the school for the admission process
  • System will redirect you for self placement, if not placed
