The average salary of a pharmacist working in Ghana is around 3,000 to 3,500 GHS per month depending on the location, years of experience and skills.

Entry level (0 – 2 years’ experience): GHS 3,000 – GHS 3,500.

Mid-Level (2 – 5 years): GHS 3,500 – GHS 5,000.

Experienced (5 years and above): GHS 4,500 – GHS 10,000.

However, according to salary explorer, the average salary for a Pharmacy Manager in Kumasi, and Accra Ghana is GHS 8,197 and GHS 8,535 respectively.
